Ross Parker (otherwise known as “Boss Ross” in his native Zimbabwe) founded Native Visions Galleries in 1987. With his keen business sense, combined with his love for fine art and incredible eye for talent, Ross has propelled Native Visions Galleries into one of the world’s leading environmental art gallery organizations. Ross’ passion for art is only exceeded by his passion for the African bushveld, which is where you can usually find him in the summer months – tracking both the wildlife and our artists.
“Mfazi” (wife in the Shona language)
Known as Ross’ better half, Kirsten Parker has been in the fine art business for over 25 years. She first accompanied Ross to Africa in 1987 and immediately fell in love with the wildlife and game parks. She has been vital in helping our gallery and artists gain recognition worldwide by coordinating international exhibitions and serving clients stateside and abroad. Kirsten and Ross share a love in giving back to causes close to their hearts including The Wounded Warriors Project and the Humane Society.
Ross was born for this. As the elder son of owners Ross & Kirsten Parker he started hanging art before he could walk. Having spent much time in the African bush, Ross is well versed not only in the artists’ processes but in the nuances of the animal kingdom.His keen eye for lighting, framing and display as well as his fastidious client follow through and customer support helps keeps the Naples gallery the top fine art gallery in town. Look for him at the Dallas Safari Club and Safari Club International shows in January and February.
Staci is a rarity; she’s a born and bred Floridian. Her mother’s career as an interior designer was not only inspiring to Staci, but sparked an enthusiasm for fine art and helping others. She loves to assist her clients find the perfect piece that speaks to their heart.
“The Marvelous Martha”
Martha has been in the fine art business for over 30 years and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping her clients find the perfect piece of art for any location. Having spent most of her career in California, Martha moved to the real “Sunshine State” in 2005. Her love of fine art and interior design, coupled with her knowledge of every paint color under the sun makes Martha the perfect person to help make your art come alive.
“On The Money”
Daymarie is a highly skilled accountant and most importantly she makes sure that all of our artists, staff and invoices are paid in a timely manner. Managing the books of our galleries and keeping track of every nickel is her specialty.
Trevor’s license plate says TBL so that’s his nickname here. TBL can also stand for trouble and he keeps us out of it quite often with his amazing crating, packing and delivery skills. Trevor can build virtually anything and usually in half the time that someone else could do it. Far away home showings and deliveries are among his many talents and we entrust him to assist all our valuable clients and they love him, along with his dry sense of humor…he is British after all.
“The Smooth Operator”
With a background and passion for business that spans more than three decades, Mel excels in managing our day to day operations and the myriad of details that come along with this. He keeps all facets of our organization running smoothly and efficiently including managing our large inventory, systems administration, website management, photography, e-newsletter, marketing implementation & coordination and much more. When not working he can often be found on a local tennis court.
Patrick was born and raised in a gold mining town in South Africa. He has been working closely with our organization since 1990. Pat has extensive experience in the international art world as well as a driving passion for African wildlife, Africa and life in general. Please stop by and visit him at the Safari Club shows in the early part of the year.

For two decades Derek has worked with collectors of every taste and budget. From large corporate accounts to first time collectors. He will scour a collection to find the right artwork for you. He is a former manager of the largest gallery in America, and Director for one of the largest art companies in the world. He also knows that the perfect smashed avocado is made better with a high quality vinegar.
Cole is the younger son of owners Ross & Kirsten Parker. His keen eye and attention to detail translates into beautiful displays both in the Jupiter gallery and in client’s homes. Cole’s knowledge of our artists and their subject matter combined with his passion and precision in the gallery has boosted him into a top sales performer. Cole is an avid wildlife enthusiast and some would say animal whisperer. Cole started curating his own art collection at the age of 10.

Fabio has recently joined our team and assists in a variety of ways. A utilitarian at heart, his untenable attention for detail and appetite for photography work in tandem with the latest digital tools & technologies to produce marvelous eye-catching results that help convey our artwork.
